Terms of Service

THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT THAT YOU, THE USER, AGREES TO WHEN REGISTERING AND USING ANY SERVICE PROVIDED BY NEKOTECH. ANY BREACH TO THIS DOCUMENT BY THE USER, MAY RESULT IN ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION.

This document is written to bind the user with the NekoTech brand and any services or products it provides. When referring to NekoTech, usage of "We", "Ours" and "Us" will be used. As to referencing our product or services, we will use the product or service name or "It". When referring to the user, we will use the terms "user",  "you" or "your". By using what we specify as references, it will allow reading of our Terms of Service much easier to understand. When referring to 3rd-party services or products, we will use the service or product name, or use "Their". NekoTech reserves the right to update this document at any given time. We will provide a date as to when this document was last updated. It is the user's responsibility to review the document for any changes when they occur.
